Individual sessions have a base price of €60, and the first individual session has a 50% discount (€30). Some specialized formats may include supplements; you will always see the final price before booking and paying.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay securely with VISA or MASTERCARD through Stripe. Transactions are encrypted with SSL/TLS, and Psycho does not store full card details.
What should I do in an emergency or severe crisis?
Psycho is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis, at risk of self-harm, having suicidal thoughts, or in danger of harming yourself or others, call emergency services immediately.

A standard session lasts 50 minutes and is held by video call. Your therapist adapts the work to your clinical goals and may include exercises, readings, questionnaires, or personalized resources.

You can cancel or modify a confirmed appointment with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled time. When you cancel, you need to rebook the session. Appointments can be booked up to one month in advance.
Is there a penalty for late cancellation?
Yes. If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice, the full session fee is charged.
How many times can I reschedule a session?
Each paid session can be cancelled and rescheduled up to three times. After that limit, the session is considered definitively cancelled.
